Iron Mountain is seeking a visionary and experienced Technical Solutions Lead to join our Partner Go-To-Market team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our InSight Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Software as a Service (SaaS), Hyperscaler Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Data ecosystems, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Systems Integrators (SIs). You will transition from a technical generalist to an AI Orchestrator, engineering the repeatable technical blueprints that allow our field teams to solve complex business challenges with Agentic AI.
Our Partner Go-To-Market team focuses on accelerating growth and expanding market reach by building strategic, high-impact technical and commercial alliances with global cloud hyperscalers and key ecosystem partners.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain repeatable "SaaS-to-Cloud" joint technical blueprints, reference architectures, and Software Development Kit (SDK) productions that seamlessly integrate InSight DXP with Hyperscaler AI capabilities (such as Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI and Amazon Web Services Bedrock) to solve key vertical use cases.
- Collaborate deeply with Vertical Product Leads, Partner Development Managers, Systems Integrators, and Channel Partners to align the software roadmap with native hyperscaler services, train teams on new co-sell plays, and enable powerful multi-partner strategic outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational engineering and cloud standards by owning Cloud Admin access, coordinating system migration updates and resource tagging, and establishing the "Gold Standard" for standardized Proof of Value (PoV) success criteria and sandbox environments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of extensive experience in Cloud Architecture, Software as a Service (SaaS) Engineering, or Technical PreSales.
- Strong knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) integrations, Vector Databases, Large Language Model (LLM) grounding logic, and hyperscaler native service capabilities.
- Proven ability in technical validation, field enablement, cross-functional stakeholder management, and translating complex technical ecosystems into repeatable, scalable business blueprints.
- Active professional certifications in at least two major cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure).
Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience.
Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
Generous paid time off and annual holidays.
Flexible work options and alternative work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
Abundant opportunities for continuous learning, cloud certifications, and professional growth.
Are you ready to lead the next generation of AI orchestration? If you are a cloud architecture expert looking to shape the future of SaaS and Hyperscaler alliances, we want to hear from you.
