About the Role

TalentPop is looking for a Partnership Manager to build and grow relationships with Agency and Technology Partners whose clients could benefit from TalentPop’s Customer Experience solutions.

This is a partnerships role with an SDR-style business-development component. After establishing a partnership, you will own and nurture the relationship beyond the first meeting. You will keep partners informed about TalentPop’s services and latest developments, educate their client-facing teams, and ensure TalentPop remains top of mind when their clients need a Customer Experience solution.

The role combines new-partner development with long-term relationship management. It is not solely focused on booking meetings. The goal is to turn strong Agency and Technology Partner relationships into consistent, long-term referral opportunities while creating mutual value for TalentPop and its partners.

You will also manage the partnership pipeline in HubSpot, analyze activity and conversion data, test new strategies, support partnership reporting, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

  • Keep partners and their client-facing teams informed about TalentPop’s services, developments, and mutual opportunities.

  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track partnership activity, manage pipeline stages, document relationship status, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Analyze partnership activity, pipeline generation, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Test and refine strategies based on daily, weekly, and monthly performance results.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive lead flow back to partners and add value to the partnership.

  • Partner with Marketing to develop enablement materials for partners and their client-facing teams.

  • Assist with creating and maintaining partnership reports for presentation to company leadership.

  • Plan and support in-person partner events designed to generate incremental leads and increase TalentPop brand awareness.
