About Approvely

Approvely is a modern payment platform purpose-built for the online gaming industry. We work with operators across online gaming, fantasy sports, social casinos, and other digital entertainment experiences to simplify payments and compliance—two of the most critical parts of running a gaming business.

We’re a startup in growth mode with a team that moves fast, collaborates deeply, and builds with purpose. We believe in staying close to our clients, iterating quickly, and having fun while doing it. If you thrive in a flexible, high-impact environment where your work directly shapes the future, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

We’re looking for our FIRST Partnerships Business Development Manager to lead our partner ecosystem and help take it to the next level. You’ll be responsible for nurturing our existing partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and making sure every partner is having a world-class experience with Approvely.

This role is part relationship management, part strategic growth. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing to drive campaigns, measure the impact of our partner relationships, and bring new partners into the fold. You’ll be an essential part of our next stage of growth.
This is a growth-stage role with real opportunity to expand into a senior leadership position as our partner ecosystem and team scale.

RequirementsWhat You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow our existing partnerships, ensuring alignment, success, and shared goals

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing check-ins with key partners

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to build and execute co-branded campaigns and partner programs

  • Track KPIs and partner performance, reporting weekly to leadership on results and insights

  • Identify and source new strategic partnerships that align with our goals and market

  • Build scalable systems and processes to support a growing ecosystem of partners

  • Represent Approvely at industry events, virtually and in-person, as a trusted partner voice

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B account management

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, solutions-first mindset

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams

  • Comfortable tracking metrics and using data to drive decisions and improvements

  • Bonus: Familiarity with or network in the online gaming space (fantasy sports, sweepstakes, social casinos, etc.)

  • Bonus: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic environment

BenefitsWhy Approvely
  • You’ll be part of a small, focused team building something with real impact

  • We value ownership, creativity, and getting things done

  • You’ll have a direct hand in shaping our partnerships program and how we grow

  • As the company grows, this role has the potential to evolve into a senior leadership position within business development or partnerships

  • Flexible, remote-friendly culture with a focus on outcomes over hours

  • A supportive, curious, and fun team that loves solving hard problems together

If you're excited about building and growing partnerships in a fast-moving space, and you want to work with a team that cares deeply about what they do—we’d love to hear from you.
