About Endless Commerce

Endless Commerce is an AI-powered CommerceOS that helps consumer brands manage the chaos of omnichannel operations. We serve brands scaling from $1M to $500M+ in revenue, providing real-time inventory visibility, EDI and purchase order automation, and supply chain intelligence across DTC, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail channels.

Our clients include brands like Food52, Great Jones, Heyday, Tin Can, Pattern Brands and more-- we're growing fast and our nimble team needs your help keeping up!

The Role

You’re an extroverted, outgoing marketing generalist building community, ecosystem, and partnerships—whether with brands in our ICP at ExpoWest or Shoppe Object, or with channel partners who provide services for our existing clients. This role is great for a Jack or Jill of all trades who loves the novelty of working on something different week to week. Expect to own our customer referral flywheel, Slack communities, tradeshow prep and set-up, and channel partnerships.

What You’ll Own
  • Customer referrals: own laying the groundwork for a customer referral flywheel that helps us get one new customer through the door for each of our existing customers.

  • Build community: whether on Slack, Substack, or social, help us connect the dots between our large, active, and sometimes disparate networks so that Endless Commerce and our exec team can stay top of mind.

  • Channel partnerships: help us formalize referral partnerships with folks who support brands in our ICP— and set up a regular communication cadence so that we stay top of mind.

  • Customer comms: work with our Head of Product and future CSM and Sales hires to engage our existing customers to keep them updated on changes and improvements to the product, exciting growth opps that could make their lives easier, etc.

  • Tradeshow prep: help us plan for and make the most of events like ExpoWest, Shoptalk, IHA, eTail, and more.

  • Manage follow-up for all event attendees, demo participants, and content engagers—determining which bucket they go into next and what content they receive.

Sample Projects You Will Tackle Months 1-3
  • Get smart on product fast: embed yourself in sales calls and product calls to quickly understand the product and get up to speed on what kinds of partnerships are valuable, how we might work together, and to get comfortable and confident taking calls with 3PLs, logistics companies, supply chain consultants, and more.

  • Channel partnerships: build our partnerships-nurturing functions via email, calls, and content, to help us stay top of mind with our channel/referral partners. Surprise and delight the partners who have already been generous in sending us business. Re-engage partners who have been dormant and dial in the marketing side of Hubspot to reflect our partnership and marketing relationships.

  • Customer referrals: help us get this motion off the ground by nurturing and adding value to our clients and in turn getting the ball rolling on a few qualified referrals. In turn, by getting to know our customers a bit better, you can start to internalize who you might be able to refer to a great partner in your partnerships rolodex in the future.

You’re a Great Fit If
  • You have 3-10 years of lifecycle, community, client services, partnerships, and/or marketing operations experience

  • You love talking to people!

  • You’ve got a knack for remembering names, people, and faces

  • You understand the difference between when to automate and when a human touch is worth the extra effort

  • You're highly organized and process-oriented, but also creative in how you engage prospects and partners

  • You like playing with the latest tech and getting leverage on your own productivity with tools like Claude Cowork and our internal AI agents

  • You're comfortable being hands-on—this isn't just a strategy role; you'll be building campaigns, writing emails, and managing the day-to-day of our partnerships

  • You can work cross-functionally with our tiny and nimble sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging

Logistics
  • Full-time, remote position

  • Full benefits package including healthcare and 401k
