In this position you will:

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances - ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or professional services environments.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-impact partnerships with large enterprises or global consulting firms.
  • Experience working within or alongside professional services organizations (e.g. Big 4, large system integrators) is highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop joint go-to-market strategies, partner enablement plans, and co-selling motions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting partnership performance data and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with multiple verticals and understanding how to tailor value for different industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and joint engagements, as needed.
