Main Purpose
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with staffing agency partners to ensure seamless collaboration, compliance, and performance optimization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for staffing agency partners, managing communication, onboarding, and issue resolution while driving strategic initiatives that enhance engagement and fulfillment. Additionally, the Partnerships Manager plays a key role in supporting business development efforts, working cross-functionally to implement new client requirements, improve processes, and maximize agency contributions to the company’s success. Through data-driven performance monitoring, strategic negotiation, and proactive problem-solving, this role ensures that agency partnerships drive value and align with company goals.
*This position is located onsite in Austin, TX (at The Domain), five days per week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in partnership management, account management, or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently in a high-volume environment.
- Superb ability to build rapport quickly within a face-to-face environment.
- Previous experience of managing multiple sales processes through to completion.
- Must possess the desire to succeed and be obsessive about hitting targets consistently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and others by being a great team player.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Strong IT skills and have experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage a portfolio of at least four active clients simultaneously, supporting engagement across 50+ staffing agencies nationwide.
- Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners and internal teams.
- Conduct daily communication with agencies via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Monitor performance metrics, service levels, and fulfillment KPIs.
- Coordinate issue resolution, escalations, and operational adjustments in real time.
- Maintain accurate partner records, activity tracking, and reporting within Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen agency relationships and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and partnership agreements.
- Onboarding new agencies following onboarding processes and adhering to timelines, including: contract management, portal training, client briefings, collating compliance documentation, coverage mapping, and ensuring onboarding documentation including rate cards, training material and client briefings are regularly updated.
- Holding agencies accountable for performance levels, proactively monitoring agency partner performance using Agency and Client dashboards regularly on Tableau, identifying and addressing issues with fulfillment and demand, escalating where necessary both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading on client implementation and new supply requirements, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to build knowledge on client accounts and maximize fulfilment and performance on key accounts.
- Share agency partner updates and performance with the internal departments.
- Creating, implementing and refining new processes to enable agency supply on new accounts.
- Create and deliver training presentations for agency suppliers. Effectively communicating demand, briefing new and existing agencies on projects and upcoming client requirements.
- Interim escalation point both internally and externally, take an impartial view and reach a fair conclusion when there is a dispute or misunderstanding by effectively liaising with the client and internal departments to resolve the situation, escalating and seeking advice where appropriate and necessary.
- Reviewing and analyzing agency feedback and issue log, identifying areas for improvement within our service, escalating any issues to relevant areas of the business and presenting solutions.
- Negotiating commercial and contractual agreements.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with occasional evening and weekend work required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.
