Job Description
The Pathology and Genomics Channel Partner Manager drives Agilent’s growth through its indirect distributor network across Latin America and the Caribbean. As part of the Latin America Region Enterprise Indirect Organization (LAR IDO), this role develops, enables, and manages channel partners to accelerate adoption of complex pathology and genomics workflow solutions while ensuring strong partner performance and consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional channel strategies to drive sustainable growth through in‑country distributors.
- Own partner performance, including targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and execution discipline.
- Build trusted relationships with distributors, representing Agilent to partners and advocating partner needs internally.
- Enable partners through sales training, communications, product launches, and solution‑selling support.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Specialists, Service, and Support teams.
- Deploy tailored, country‑specific marketing campaigns, webinars, and events using global and regional resources.
- Monitor regional market dynamics, regulatory environments, and application trends impacting pathology and genomics.
- Ensure compliance with Agilent policies and manage partner governance and lifecycle activities.
- Travel within the region to engage distributors, customers, and industry events.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or partner enablement within life sciences, diagnostics, pathology, or genomics markets.
- Proven experience managing distributor networks across multiple countries; Latin America experience preferred.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with success driving growth through indirect sales models.
- Technical understanding of pathology and/or genomics workflows and solution selling.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to ~40–50%).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex solution sales through channel partners.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and regulatory environments.
- MBA or advanced science degree a plus.
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least May 25, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible. In the US, this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $174,525.00 - $290,875.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
