Enumerate is hiring a Payments Enablement Consultant to bring a deep expertise in digital payments and adoption to our implementation team. As a trusted advisor, this position empowers clients to fully utilize our platform, guiding them through a seamless transition to automated solutions that boost efficiency and growth. This position spearheads the onboarding process, closely collaborating with our Software Onboarding Managers, as well as other payment experts. Your mission will be to play a pivotal role in educating clients on effective software utilization, sharing best practices, and providing ongoing support throughout their implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to new and existing customers for adopting and growing digital payments.
  • Actively manage the digital payments implementation process and work with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth implementation and acceleration towards first transactions.
  • Once live, continue to engage with the customers over next 90 days to accelerate and adopt electronic transactions. Monitor transaction penetration over 90 days via monthly reporting.
  • Responsible for obtaining key metrics that have been identified for digital payments and providing an in-depth transition plan to Customer Success and Support.
  • Educating clients on how to use the Enumerate Digital Payment offerings, including specific accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Partner with team members for regular transactional processes and reporting needs.
  • Improve payment success for existing clients by optimizing the payments process across the organization.
  • Own the effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders while the customer is in Onboarding.
  • Provide digital payment training and end user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Meeting digital payment project deadlines as assigned by a Project Manager as well as schedule meetings directly with clients to move the projects forward.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience understanding payments workflows and implementation
  • Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Subject area knowledge in property management and accounting software a plus.
  • Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings.
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

The pay range is inclusive of base salary plus any applicable bonuses or commissions.

Total compensation pay range (annual salary):
$55,000$65,000 USD
