Job Summary

This role is open in all states within the United States except for: Washington.

This position engages with both prospective and current Nextech clients to identify payment and merchant requirements, develop a qualified sales pipeline, and secure agreements for Nextech Payments’ embedded solutions.  

All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate. 

Essential Functions

  • Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include: 
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Nextech Payment solutions using a consultative approach. 
  • Assess merchant information and workflows to determine client needs. 
  • Recommend appropriate merchant services, point-of-sale, and payment technologies. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nextech Payments products. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate clients and drive deals to closure. 
  • Consistently achieve key performance metrics. 
  • Build and sustain credibility and trust with clients. 
  • Carry out additional responsibilities assigned based on business needs. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in Healthcare Practice Management/EHR, or Merchant Processing, Payment Systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales methodologies.
  • Skilled in negotiating merchant pricing.
  • Skilled in analyzing merchant statements and billing workflows.
  • Consistent record of surpassing sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • This role is open in all states within the United States except for: Washington.
  • Proficient in Salesforce 
  • Thrive in dynamic, high-volume settings. 
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in both collaborative and independent roles.
