Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Candidate will be responsible for data entry Payroll
  • Daily review of HR changes, including validation of new hires, terminations, rate changes, W-4 and Direct Deposit data and the impact of changes to employee pay and taxation
  • Calculate retro-active pay 
  • Create and upload payment files 
  • Process and balance payroll entries 
  • Call & Case resolution for all customer inquiries 
  • Assist during year end W2 processing 
  • Assist Timekeeping on reviewing and documenting processes 

Qualifications

Qualification

  • 7-10 years of functional payroll experience including data entry, tax reporting, and accounting is required. 
  • Must have a highly collaborative work style, the ability to anticipate problems, proactively deal with difficult situations and communicate appropriately with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Must have strong organizational, problem-solving and closure skills; strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills with different stakeholders and levels of professionals and management.
