  • Lead benefits administration across health, retirement, leave programs, and statutory benefits, partnering with our broker on renewals, plan design, vendor management, and end-to-end open enrollment

  • Manage equity administration through Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations

  • Develop and maintain policies, processes, and internal controls across payroll, benefits, and equity, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automate where possible, and reduce operational risk as we scale

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to ADP, payroll, benefits, and equity, partnering closely with People, Finance, Legal, and external vendors

Experience (What we look for):

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll (exempt and non-exempt) and benefits programs; equity administration experience strongly preferred.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise with ADP required.

  • Experience with Carta and HRIS is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Clear, effective communicator who can explain complex payroll and equity topics to employees.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvements.

  • Responsible Time Off

  • 401(k) matching
