Key Responsibilities:
  • End to end payroll processing (hire, termination, leaves, HR data changes, etc)for your own section of the employee population
  • Perform audits prior and post payroll transmission to ensure accuracy of payroll data
  • Answer employee’s questions promptly via our ServiceNow ticket queue
  • Maintain organized records and documentation; responsible for providing documentation and answering inquiries during compliance reviews and other audits
  • Create Ad-hoc reports and be able to analyze the data
  • Calculate manual payroll checks for terminating employees to include all necessary earnings, taxes, and deductions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Strong working knowledge of FLSA and California Labor Code
  • Strong working knowledge of flexible spending plans, garnishments, and 401(k) plans
  • Experience using WorkDay and ADP SmartCompliance
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail

  • Prior experience in a similar environment
  • Payroll tax experience

The compensation for this position ranges from $56,250.00 - $117,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
