We are hiring a PCB ECAD Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience using Cadence Allegro V17.2 / V17.4. This role is ideal for someone with solid PCB layout expertise, strong design knowledge from schematics to Gerber release, and experience supporting complex digital, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed board designs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, cross-functional engineering teams, and internal team members to deliver accurate, manufacturable PCB designs.

Mandatory Requirement:
  • Experience in PCB ECAD design using Cadence Allegro V17.2 / V17.4

  • Knowledge of PCB ECAD and library management using Cadence Allegro ECAD tool

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PCB ECAD design using Cadence Allegro

  • Support PCB design from schematics to Gerber release

  • Work with:

    • PCB placement

    • Constraint settings

    • Layer stack-up

    • Power planes

    • Electrical nets routing

    • Length matching

  • Use Constraint Editor System for design rules and layout requirements

  • Route high-speed PCB designs with attention to:

    • Power planes

    • Creepage and clearance

    • Length matching

  • Work on digital, analog, and mixed-signal board designs

  • Support high-speed interfaces such as:

    • SATA

    • DDR4 / DDR5

    • USB

    • Ethernet

    • PCIe

    • PMIC

  • Support RF board design activities

  • Prepare documentation and complete Gerber release

  • Interact with customers and cross-functional teams

  • Guide and support team members as needed

  • Ensure designs follow industry standards and manufacturing requirements

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Cadence Allegro V17.2 / V17.4

  • PCB ECAD and library knowledge

  • Strong understanding of PCB design flow from schematic to manufacturing output

  • Experience with:

    • High-speed PCB routing

    • Digital / analog / mixed-signal designs

    • RF boards

    • Constraint settings

    • Layer stack-up

    • Power plane design

    • Electrical routing and length matching

  • Good knowledge of industry standards and PCB manufacturing practices
