The People Coordinator will be an interim employee of AffiniPay with duties related to a temporary, 6 month assignment. This position is located in Austin, Texas and will work in a hybrid capacity at our Austin HQ.
This is a 6 month, temporary position as a People Resources Coordinator who will partner with our People Business Partner Team to support day-to-day operations, implementation of supporting HR priorities, and be the primary People Team point of contact for our internal customers.
What You'll Do...
- Manage the overall administration and operations of People Team processes including new hire on-boarding, employee documentation, processing employee changes, and answering employee questions
- Enter, verify, and maintain employee documentation in Workday
- Assist in coordination, documentation, rollout, and automation of key People Team processes
- Ability to be flexible and willing to take on a variety of assignments, depending on the teams's specific needs
- Help ensure compliance as it relates to federal and state labor laws
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with all team members
- Other duties as assigned
About You...
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field with at least 1 year of successful HR, Payroll, or client-facing/customer service experience
- Experience utilizing Workday's HRIS
- Experience using Asana
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated track record of establishing relationships and earning credibility and respect with client groups
