Education Required:

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent knowledge in HR, Business, or related field. 

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 2 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or related. 

  • People & Culture functional area knowledge 

  • Microsoft Office tools 

  • Broad Technology system capabilities knowledge (i.e., contact center scheduling systems, QA, etc.) 

  • Basic project management 

Other Helpful Computer Knowledge:

  • PowerBI

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel

  • Workday experience with Case Management

  • Copilot

  • Articulate 360

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Build and foster trust with stakeholders to communicate and collaborate effectively based on the customer audience.  

  • Communicates clearly and respectfully across all levels of the organization.  

  • Fundamental skills and abilities to organize and manage work/tasks effectively and efficiently. 

  • Ability to handle deadlines, problems and projects to move work with precision and organization. 

  • Delivering impact through problem solving within OT projects and systems to help create a better experience for OT service delivery. 

  • Ability to streamline technology and resources through design and on-going maintenance of system and projects to support experience. 

  • Fundamental and technical skills to execute projects, processes and systems to support and improve OT performance. 

  • Create and/or review presentations, data, processes,  worksheets, etc. for accuracy and operational efficiency. 

  • Ability to assess data to identify opportunities for improvement in performance. 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tasks that monitor and support progress on projects, processes, and technical systems that enable and improve OT’s team performance outcomes.  
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes and projects. 
  • Support and run necessary reports/data, communications, stakeholders/teammates, and technology to enable OT moving toward continuous excellence, while improving the experience of our internal teams and People & Culture teams.  
  • Maintains and improve key performance metrics for industry standards 
  • Consistently able to manage time and be resilient with change.  

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Could require some travel, but mostly remote
