Brevo is a global company of 900+ employees, and our Americas presence is one of the most exciting chapters of our growth story. As our People Operations & Office Manager, you'll have a real seat at the table — helping shape the function, not just support it.

This role sits at the heart of people operations, office management, and workplace experience, working closely with the Head of HR, Americas. If you're energized by the idea of making payroll seamless and creating an Austin office where people genuinely love to show up, this could be the perfect fit. This role is based in our downtown Austin office, with 3 days onsite per week.
You'll be backed by a collaborative global People team while having the autonomy and trust to do your best work.

Your Impact at Brevo:

Payroll, Benefits & Compliance (US & Canada)

  • Support payroll and benefits administration across US states and Canadian provinces
  • Handle enrollment, life events, terminations, PTO tracking, discrepancies, and Finance reconciliations without things falling through the cracks
  • Keep us compliant with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and Canadian equivalents
  • Office Management & Events
  • Keep the Austin office running: supplies, vendors, facilities, mail, workspace setup, and anything else that needs an owner
  • Plan and execute team events and gatherings, onsite and remote, that people actually want to attend
  • Support onboarding logistics and keep office expenses on budget
  • Employee Onboarding & HR Systems

  • Run onboarding: background checks, I-9s, offer docs, system setup, employment verifications
  • Own data accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms, you'll be the one who catches issues before they become problems
  • Al & Operational Innovation

  • Bring a builder's mindset to how HR operates. You'll leverage AI tools to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and contribute to the team's broader operational innovation agenda

  • What you'll build

  • Deep, cross-functional fluency in People Operations
  • A growing Americas HR function where your work has visible, lasting impact
  • A reputation as the person who brings structure to ambiguity and makes things work

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or People Operations

  • Hands-on US and Canadian payroll processing experience

  • Benefits administration experience across both countries

  • Strong command of US compliance: I-9, EEO-1, audit controls

  • Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail

  • Discretion and good judgment with confidential information

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity — and a talent for bringing clarity

  • Enthusiasm for both the HR and office operations sides of this role

  • Experience with BambooHR, Rippling, or similar HRIS/payroll platforms

Why people love working at Brevo:

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage + WellHub wellness access
  • 401(k) with employer matching

  • 20 vacation days + monthly lunch stipend

    3. Live case study with Global HR Leadership

    4. Reference checks
