1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Client requires the services of one (1) HCM Functional Domain Lead, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Enterprise Architect 1 Category, Emerging Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document.

The Worker must meet the following minimum experience and qualification requirements

1. The Worker may meet the following minimum preferred experience and qualifications requirements:

1. The Worker may possess, at a minimum, the following types of skillsets:

1. Ability to work with internal and external customers, including management staff, project managers, functional business and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and CPA contracted vendors;

2. Functional expertise related to any or all of the following: Oracle PeopleSoft (9.x), Oracle Taleo, Oracle tools (e.g., Database, Golden Gate, RAC, etc.), Business Objects, AIX or Linux, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Data Warehouse;

3. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;

4. Ability to collaborate with various types of SMEs, stakeholders, programmers, and developers in order to assist with and/or design, develop, implement and support complex business solutions;

5. Ability to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams;

6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary; and

Ability to prepare and present functional information to various levels of SMEs, stakeholders, and executives
