Title: PeopleSoft Technical Lead

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 12+ months

Skills and Qualifications

Must be able to work with Customers, Project managers, Business SME’s, IT SMEs and vendors.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Must collaborate with SMEs, various stake holders and fellow developers to design, develop, implement and support complex business solutions.

Must be able to work independently in a team environment with on-site, local, and remote teams.

Must possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary.

Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Knowledge of technical and functional attributes of PeopleSoft.

Perform related work as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:


Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or FCM 9.1 or higher
Experience with Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement
Experience with developing functional specifications for large projects
Experience managing or leading technical Projects
Experience with the development of various reporting mechanisms
Extensive experience with highly complex security application requirements
Experience with Oracle Taleo Recruit and Learn

Additional Information

Preferences:


Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams (e.g.,portfolio/project managers, domain experts, users, and software engineering team)
Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government).
Experience working with IT and business customers
