This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can juggle multiple projects and requests simultaneously without compromising quality. We’re looking for a designer with a strong command of visual design, technical precision, and a sharp understanding of brand and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

  • Create high conversion, thumb stopping static ads
  • Brief and review other designers work
  • Design supporting creative assets as needed - with the use of AI
  • Collaborate closely with the senior creatives to bring ads, product launches, and seasonal moments to life
  • Manage a high volume of creative requests with competing priorities, maintaining speed and accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Keep design systems, templates, and asset libraries updated, organized, and scalable

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in growth, performance marketing / direct-response
  • Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in making ad creative for Meta, Google and other paid acquisition channels
  • Understanding of direct response marketing
  • Ability to analyze creative performance data and optimize designs for better results
  • Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, iterative environment
