This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to own and scale paid social creative that stops the scroll and drives real revenue. They operate in the e-commerce and consumer goods space and have seen strong growth over the past few years by building products that resonate deeply with modern consumers.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes performance creative. You deeply understand what makes ads convert, from sharp hooks and fast pacing to problem-solution storytelling and constant iteration. This is not a brand-only role and not a passive editing role. This position exists to directly impact efficiency and results across paid media.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative strategies and high-impact hooks optimized for the first 1 to 3 seconds of paid ads

  • Generate multiple creative angles per product and campaign quickly and consistently

  • Apply direct-response principles across messaging, structure, and visual storytelling

  • Produce approximately 20 paid social creatives per week for Meta placements

  • Edit short-form video ads for Reels, Feed, and Stories

  • Create multiple hook, format, and copy variations per concept

  • Partner with the Performance Manager to analyze CTR, CPA, retention, and creative fatigue

  • Rapidly iterate winning ads and pause underperforming creatives

  • Refresh creatives proactively before performance declines

  • Translate insights from past tests into new creative executions

  • Use AI and automation tools to improve speed and output quality

  • Collaborate closely with the Growth and E-commerce Manager and Social Media Assistant

  • Turn performance data into actionable creative briefs

  • Receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly without ego

  • Manage and guide content creators when needed to diversify footage and angles



Requirements
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience creating high-performing paid social ads for DTC brands in the U.S. market

  • Strong understanding of hooks, attention mechanics, and persuasion frameworks

  • Proven ability to take ideas from concept through execution and iteration

  • Advanced short-form video editing skills

  • Comfort working directly with performance metrics and feedback loops

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Strong organization, speed, and commercial awareness

Qualifications
  • Experience scaling paid social creative across Meta platforms

  • Ability to balance creative intuition with performance data

  • Experience managing or directing content creators

  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
