We are looking for a full-time Ecommerce Performance Manager (Amazon Ads) to join our growing team and become an integral part of their success.

The Ecommerce Performance Manager (Amazon Ads) will partner with a Brand Manager to ensure the success of their portfolio of clients. Your goal is to ensure your work - which will consist primarily of performance marketing, inventory forecasting, client services and strategic analytics - is executed flawlessly to bolster sales performance and foster a strong relationship with our clients.

You will be working with the following platforms:

  • Amazon Advertising Console 

  • Amazon Seller Central 

  • Amazon Vendor Central

  • Walmart Seller Center 

  • Walmart Ad Center 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring campaigns are built to spec, launched in a timely fashion, continually improving and evolving, while driving strong performance

  • Execute effective optimizations as scheduled and logging them in an optimization log. Manage client’s spend to budget and track/forecast against goals

  • Create and upload bi-weekly performance reports. QA for data integrity issues and quality of insights

  • Develop and present insights and recommendations to clients to strengthen relationships while moving projects forward

  • Create, manage and QA inventory recommendations across clients to ensure optimal inventory management

  • Work with your team to develop, pitch, and execute on strategic plans of action for your clients

  • Stay up-to-date on ecommerce trends to ensure Aisle3 and our clients are taking advantage of new and innovative opportunities

  • Evaluate and improve on current practices, automate common processes, and take the initiative to build new processes where necessary

Must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience working directly with Amazon or in Amazon Ads, Vendor or Seller Central. Other ecommerce related platforms may be considered

  • Strong Excel skills with a highly analytical mindset. Ability to collect, analyze, and present large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong client success skills with the ability to foster positive, lasting client relationships

  • Strong critical thinking skills with a natural tendency to solve problems and learn new things

  • Ability to project manage deadlines across a variety of clients and team members

  • Expertise in digital marketing, ecommerce, CPG, content marketing, and data analytics

  • 1-3 years experience in ecommerce or other digital marketing positions

Nice to have:

  • Inventory management and logistics experience

  • Strong leadership with the ability to train and elevate teams
