Drive marketing growth for services and training programs by shaping campaigns, positioning value, generating qualified leads, and improving conversion through data-led performance management. Key Performance Indicators: • Increase qualified leads for services • Grow training program enrollments • Improve conversion rate from leads • Strengthen brand positioning and awareness • Optimize campaigns using performance insights Qualifications: • Experience in marketing for services and/or training • Proven track record of lead generation and enrollment growth • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels • Ability to manage campaigns across channels • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
