Own paid growth end-to-end across Google (Search/YouTube), Meta (Instagram / Facebook), TikTok, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and more

Who you are

  • Extremely data-driven: funnels → cohorts → payback

  • Experimentation-obsessed: rapid, structured testing across creative/audience/offer/LPs.

  • Creative: strong angles

  • AI-leveraged: scale ad creation + iteration with AI tools like HeyGen,

  • Experienced in SaaS/software

What you’ll do

  • Own channel strategy + budgets across the platforms above.

  • Build campaign architecture (targeting, bidding, pacing, landing pages).

  • Run a creative machine (UGC-style concepts, hooks, copy, statics, short-form video).

  • Own measurement + tracking from click → paid user; improve attribution quality.

  • Automate ops/reporting/analysis to move faster with less manual work.

  • For full-time: we would prefer in-office in San Francisco but are open to remote in US timezones.
