Own and build Practice Flow’s B2B performance marketing engine for medical practices, beginning with Primary Care. Manage Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns; develop ads, landing pages, lead magnets, webinars, and email nurture; instrument attribution; and optimize CPL and CAC through testing. The role is fully independent, funded by performance and recurring revenue share, and does not involve sales calls, patient information, or website management.

Company: Practice Flow
Location:  Los Angeles or Remote (Nationwide)
Role Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Uncapped performance and revenue share. No retainer, no base, no ceiling. Projected on-target earnings of 65,000–65,000–90,000 in year one, compounding as your recurring book matures. These are model projections, not a guarantee. Ad spend is fully funded by us.

The Opportunity & Your Mission

Private practices are drowning in administrative bloat, burnout, and shrinking margins. The tools to fix this already exist, but very few people know how to put them to work inside a real clinical day. Practice Flow is an AI Transformation Consulting firm that delivers hands-on training to give time, margin, and sanity back to clinicians. Today, we grow one relationship at a time through independent partners. It works, and it is slow by design. You are how we add a second gear. This is the foundational seat in our demand generation engine.

You own performance marketing for one medical specialty, starting with Primary Care. There, we already have the workflow research and a qualified national list of practices waiting. Your objective is a B2B acquisition system where practices find us, self-qualify, and book their own inquiry calls.

  • Build the engine: Design and execute the entire path across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn: campaign structure, creative and copywriting, landing pages, lead magnets, webinars, and email nurture. Geography is a targeting parameter, not a fence.
  • Drive the volume: A strong partner opens six practices a month through relationships; paid acquisition earns its place an order of magnitude past that.
  • Leverage our substance: We provide the clinical workflow content, data, and HIPAA-compliant AI frameworks. You package them into campaigns that convert.
  • Shape the message: We own the brand and the positioning, and we want your read on both. You will be testing our message against real practices every day, and what you learn there should change what we say.
  • Optimize independently: We fund a monthly ad spend cap. Inside it you run the media buying freely, A/B test creative and landing pages, and drive cost per lead down against the first real baseline this firm has had.

The Partnership Model & First 90 Days

Every role at this firm is paid based on what it produces. This is an uncapped model, built for someone who wants to own an outcome rather than fill a seat.

  • Zero out-of-pocket risk: Practice Flow funds all ad campaign and platform costs. You never finance our marketing.
  • Weighted to you on the first sale: Lead generation finishes the day the lead arrives. Most of the one-time commission is paid then, directly to you.
  • Long-term upside: Most of what we sell is subscription-based. You retain a minority share of the recurring revenue on every account your funnel produces for as long as it stays active. Build well, and your income compounds instead of resetting to zero.
  • Clear boundaries: You never handle patient health information, make sales calls, or manage our brand website. Partners close what you generate.

Primary Care launches with a guaranteed minimum spend to ensure a fair test. Your first quarter has a single purpose: establish the real numbers. Nobody at this firm knows our true cost per lead or customer acquisition cost yet. You will be the first person who does, and every scaling decision will rest on what you find.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years in performance marketing or demand generation, running paid media end to end with strict accountability for CPL and CAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce hundreds of qualified leads a month.
  • Hands-on across paid search and paid social: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and the analytics behind them.
  • Experience building direct-response and lead-magnet funnels from scratch (ad, page, offer, sequence), including landing page conversion rate optimization.
  • Rigor about measurement. You instrument analytics and attribution before you spend.
  • Genuine independence. There is no marketing manager above you and no team beside you.

Preferred

  • Healthcare, clinical, or regulated-industry acquisition experience.
  • B2B demand generation for professional services or SaaS.
  • Experience selling to small business owners (a practice owner is a small business owner who also sees patients).
  • Working familiarity with HIPAA and advertising compliance near clinical care.
  • Marketing automation and CRM fluency. We run HubSpot.
  • Expertise in webinar funnels specifically, not just direct response.

Why You Are Not a Fit

You will do well here if you have been the person who owned the number, and you would rather build the machine than work the phone.

You should probably pass on this role if:

  • You want the security of a salary. This is a partnership. You earn a share of every account your funnel creates, for as long as it stays active.
  • You direct work more than you do it. There is no agency behind you and no team beside you. You write the ad and build the page yourself.
  • You need existing proof to work with. We have no client case studies yet. The first campaigns must convert on the problem alone.
  •

How to Apply

We're not collecting résumés. Complete our brief application: https://forms.gle/cyb4mybF9aEPNJk3A

It asks for the numbers behind a funnel you built, the campaign you killed and what told you to kill it, and why a fully contingent deal is the right move for you right now. Plan about 15 minutes.
