JOB SUMMARY 

The Performance Marketing Manager will own day-to-day management of our Amazon business, including creative execution, operational workflows, and advertising performance. This role requires cross-functional coordination, vendor and agency communication, and an analytical mindset to drive channel growth through both marketing and operations. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Creative & Marketing Execution 

  • Manage creative workflows: open Jira tickets, own monthly brief execution internally, including compliance review and package creative toolkits for agency partners. 
  • Oversee all innovation and new product launches on Amazon, including site readiness and media marketing budgeting support. 
  • Own daily updates of marketing scorecard and pricing tracker via Stackline. 
  • Post-launch analysis of Amazon influencer campaigns  
  • Own end-to-end Amazon Brand Store optimization, spanning design, layout, and performance measurement across traffic, engagement, and conversion. 

Operations & Account Health 

  • Monitor and manage SKU and variation listings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with catalog strategy. 
  • Conduct Subscribe & Save retention analysis and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Maintain platform tools such as FeedbackFive for review tracking, sentiment analysis, and reporting. 

Advertising & Performance Analysis 

  • Work with agency partners to monitor daily campaign performance across Sponsored Ads and DSP; adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative as needed. 
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and implement targeting strategies to improve ROAS and conversion rates. 
  • Analyze KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR, delivering regular insights and optimization recommendations. 
  • Collaborate with internal eCommerce, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure campaigns support broader brand objectives. 
  • Drive Amazon digital media strategy and manage a large scale media budget to optimize performance across core KPIs. 
  • Lead the expansion of a full-funnel media operating model to support long-term growth, strengthening coordination across eCommerce, brand, creative, and external agency partners. 

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

  • Familiarity with 3P marketplaces 
  • Experience in CPG, DTC, or high-growth eCommerce environments 
  • Exposure to Subscribe & Save programs and retention marketing tactics 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2–4 years of experience managing Amazon or marketplace accounts; strong understanding of Seller Central required. 
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and reporting tools (e.g., Stackline, Helium10, Keepa) 
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. 
  • Analytical thinker with experience managing KPIs and turning data into actionable insights. 
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Jira is a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
