At BJAK, we’re building Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial platform. Behind our fast-moving, high-performing company is a Director who leads with intensity, focus, and vision. As his Personal Assistant, your role is to ensure his life - not just his work - runs smoothly.

This is a high-trust, remote role based in United States, where you’ll handle both personal and logistical matters that keep the Director fully supported. From daily routines and family arrangements to travel, errands, and personal events, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes - helping him stay focused, prepared, and balanced.

While the primary focus is on personal life management, you may occasionally support business-related executive assistant tasks when time allows.

Why this role matters
  • You protect the Director's time and energy so he can focus on leading the business.

  • You bring structure, peace of mind, and clarity to his personal world.

  • Your support enables sharper decision-making, smoother days, and stronger focus.

What will you do
  • Manage the Director's personal calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters

  • Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations

  • Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations

  • Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers

  • Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events

  • Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks

  • Track personal payments, claims, renewals, and manage documentation

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

  • Occasionally assist with EA-related tasks (e.g., meeting prep, follow-ups) when bandwidth allows

You’ll thrive in this role if you...
  • Are loyal, trustworthy, and discreet - you treat confidential matters with care

  • Anticipate needs without being told and take initiative to solve problems

  • Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed - nothing escapes your radar

  • Enjoy supporting behind the scenes to make someone else's life easier

  • Stay calm, resourceful, and adaptable - even when plans change last minute

  • Are comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments

  • Have a service mindset and carry yourself with quiet professionalism

What you bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role

  • Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • High maturity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information

  • Willingness to be contactable outside of standard hours for urgent matters

Our Team & Culture

We’re a lean, high-performance team that moves fast and holds a high bar. Titles don’t matter here - output, integrity, and ownership do. Everyone is expected to roll up their sleeves, contribute meaningfully, and take initiative.

We reward people who think like owners. We value speed, clarity, and relentless ownership. If you’re hungry to grow and care deeply about excellence, this is your kind of environment.

What will you get
  • Competitive salary and trusted position supporting a high-level leader

  • A dynamic, fast-moving environment where you’re valued for your reliability and ownership

  • A role with real impact - improving the CEO’s daily effectiveness and balance

  • Occasional exposure to business-side support for broader growth and experience
