Qualify and engage high-intent, high-value leads via phone, build and maintain a buyers list/CRM, handle objections, position higher-ticket upsells, and collaborate with closers and leadership to maximize conversions and revenue.
We’re looking for a sharp, confident Sales Development Representative to work low-volume, high-quality hot leads and help build a buyers list for premium upsells.
This is not a spray-and-pray dial role. You’ll be speaking to people who already have intent and have already spent $1000+ on our range of products.
You will be qualifying them properly, building rapport, and positioning higher-ticket offers. If you’re commercially aware, persuasive, and want a clear path to grow into a Closer role, this is for you.
You’ll be a key part of the revenue engine, working closely with closers and leadership to maximize deal flow and conversions.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is/has:
- Proven experience in sales, SDR, or appointment setting (high-ticket or consultative sales preferred)
- Confident dialling and speaking prospects
- Comfortable handling objections and positioning upsells
- Highly organized and able to manage a buyers list/CRM accurately
- Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented
- A strong and clear communicator with a professional phone presence
- Remote setup with reliable internet and quiet workspace
