Ready to take the first step in your professional journey? Rush Street Interactive (RSI), a leader in the fast-growing iGaming industry, is offering a 12-week internship focused on customer support and player experience. 

As a Player Support Intern, you’ll work alongside our Customer Support team to learn how we assist players, resolve concerns, and deliver positive experiences across RSI’s online gaming platforms. You’ll develop practical skills in customer communication, problem-solving, issue documentation, and escalation while gaining experience in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. 

You’ll receive guidance from experienced team members, contribute to meaningful customer support initiatives, and gain firsthand insight into how exceptional service builds player trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. 

What You'll Do:

  • Learn how the Player Support team responds to customer questions and resolves account or platform-related concerns. 
  • Develop clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills across customer support channels. 
  • Assist with researching player inquiries, identifying solutions, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams. 
  • Gain experience documenting customer interactions accurately and following established support procedures. 
  • Learn how RSI’s systems and tools help the team provide timely and consistent support. 
  • Contribute to projects designed to improve player satisfaction, support resources, or communication processes. 
  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship check-ins, and ongoing feedback to support your professional development. 
  • Build an understanding of customer support operations within a highly regulated and rapidly evolving industry. 
  • High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities within RSI’s Customer Support team.

No previous iGaming or customer support experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm, empathy, and willingness to learn! 

This role spans a wide breadth of experience at Rush Street Interactive, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and locations. The pay range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The pay range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base pay, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.

Location Eligibility (for nationwide roles): Open to candidates in eligible locations in the Continental US or Canada.
