About our game

Taonga: the Island Farm is an immersive exploration and adventure game set on a colorful tropical archipelago.

What begins as a casual farming experience gradually evolves into a rich, multi-layered adventure. Players discover increasing depth through travel, story-driven quests, strategic battles, engaging mini-games, competitive events, and much more—transforming the game into a captivating midcore adventure with sophisticated mechanics.

We are looking for a dedicated Player Support Specialist to join our team in expanding the world of Taonga and bringing delightful experiences to our players.

Responsibilities
  • Providing player support - answering game-related questions, resolving technical and payment issues, addressing complaints

  • Managing reviews on Google Play and App Store

  • Moderating the game chat and social networks

  • Monitoring game performance (with Grafana and other tools)

  • Informing the developers of emerging issues

  • Participating in testing game updates and the game Portal, collaborating closely with QA

  • Collecting player feedback.

Our ideal candidate
  • Is fluent in English (C1 Advanced Level)

  • Has strong technical proficiency on both PC and mobile devices

  • Is ready and willing to learn and enhance qualifications, including through company-sponsored courses

  • Has extensive gaming experience and passion for games

  • Is highly self-disciplined and responsible

  • Has an up-to-date PC, an Android mobile device, a stable internet connection.

What we offer
  1. 100% remote work (except from Russia and Belarus)

  2. Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00–15:00 Cyprus time (EET), including a 1-hour lunch break

  3. Onboarding period schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00–20:00 Cyprus time (EET), including a 1-hour lunch break

  4. Shifts on public holidays based on team needs

  5. Hourly pay rate depending on the test assignment and interview

  6. Position as an independent contractor.
