 We are currently hiring remote individuals for these roles.  A FL 20-44 P&C Personal Lines Agent License or a 90-44 Non-Resident Personal Lines License are required... if you have one already, we'll pay you a sign-on bonus of $1,500 after hire!! Or if you don't, we will help you get one and pay for it!  $23/hr PLUS performance-based incentives!

 

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday hours. 

 9:00 - 5:30 schedule     OR      9:30 -6:00 schedule

Class Date September 29  

 

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients with policy-related questions, providing accurate and clear information.
  • Process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries. 
  • Document all customer interactions by entering in the database. 
  • Ensure that Call Center metrics are met regarding customer satisfaction and call management. 
  • Identify, and escalate, if necessary, any complex issues to leadership for resolution. 
  • Maintain records according to company standards, ensuring that procedures are properly followed, and that information is accurately documented. 
  • Perform other duties, as assigned. 

What you have:

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2+ years' recent experience in a Contact or Call Center required.
  • Homeowners Insurance experience preferred.
  • Active FL 20-44 P&C Personal Lines Agent License or a 90-44 Non-Resident Personal Lines License required (this is what we help you get if you don't already have it!).

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible. Adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments. 
  • Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Desire to live Slide's Core Values.
