Position Summary

Ensure our product teams can measure the success of our features (value, success metrics, and leading indicators) across the website and app through development of actionable reporting throughout the portfolio. 

What you'll do:

  • Partner with product teams to understand feature value, success metrics, and leading indicators, across features on a portfolio roadmap.
  • Translate the Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents and partners to ensure tags are ready for reporting purposes upon go-live across multiple reporting platforms.
  • Leverage various analytics tools and techniques to collect and analyze data from websites, mobile apps, and other digital and call channels.  Provides insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience and drive better website containment and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners across the enterprise to synthesize reporting and analysis to support product optimization and development. Communicates insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Conduct user journey analysis, analyzes navigation paths, and evaluates the usability of websites or mobile apps.
  • Collaborate on data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to promote digital analytics knowledge through professional development, training, and certifications; and stays updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working with product management team.
  • 1 year of experience (course work or on the job) with Python or utilizing SQL to query databases.
  • 1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool.
  • 2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards.
  • 1+ years of experience identifying success metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics.
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Safe/ agile delivery.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,100.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
