Position Overview:

PR & Communications Manager

As Cellebrite's PR & Communications Manager, you support agency execution while owning communications logistics. You manage the day-to-day agency and internal marketing content needs, keeping every deliverable on track and every piece of content on-brand before it ships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For agency support, track deliverables against the strategic direction, taking notes on calls and following up on action items so nothing slips
  • Coordinate bylined and contributed pieces, drafting and shepherding articles through internal review and coordination with our agencies of record
  • Review and, at times, help create campaign copy, messaging and supporting assets, working closely with product marketing and consulting with company subject matter experts
  • Manage the consistency and brand voice across marketing content before it ships
  • Press release posting and process management
Requirements
  • Three-plus years in communications, PR, marketing or agency coordination
  • Experience working with external PR or creative agencies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field

Required Skills

  • Project management: organization and follow-through: meticulous at tracking deliverables, deadlines and action items across multiple workstreams
  • Writing and editing: strong editorial ability to align content for voice, consistency and AP style across formats
  • Cross-functional collaboration: comfortable coordinating across product marketing, subject matter experts and outside agencies
  • Attention to detail: catches inconsistencies in messaging and brand voice before content ships
  • Adaptability: able to juggle shifting priorities across agency, editorial and campaign work without dropping the ball
