The Crown Is Yours
As a Prediction Markets Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the operations that power our prediction markets. You'll own the strategy and execution behind complex market operations, lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, and help define how we launch, monitor, and optimize markets in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. Working closely with Engineering, Regulatory, Analytics, Product, and external partners, you'll combine operational expertise with data-driven decision-making to build scalable processes, protect market integrity, and deliver a trusted marketplace for our customers.
What you'll do
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the DraftKings Exchange, ensuring reliable execution across electronic trading, market monitoring, and operational support for prediction markets.
  • Drive real-time operational and technical support for the exchange by overseeing issue resolution, identifying root causes, and partnering with Engineering to improve platform stability and performance.
  • Manage customer and partner operational relationships by supporting exchange connectivity, onboarding new participants, resolving complex inquiries, and ensuring a seamless trading experience.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Regulatory, and Analytics teams to execute strategic initiatives, launch new market capabilities, and continuously improve exchange operations.
  • Guide the development and enhancement of operational tools that enable real-time monitoring of market conditions, liquidity, market maker activity, trading performance, and prediction market health at scale.
  • Analyze operational and market data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement scalable processes that strengthen market integrity, operational efficiency, and the customer experience.
  • Develop deep expertise in prediction markets and emerging industry trends to influence operational strategy, support regulatory readiness, and help shape the future direction of the DraftKings Exchange.

What you'll bring
  • At least 5 years of experience in market operations, exchange operations, trading operations, market surveillance, financial markets, sportsbook trading, or a similar operational environment.
  • Deep knowledge of exchange and market structure concepts, including order books, matching engines, liquidity, market states, trading dynamics, and operational risk management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives, improving complex processes, and delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business partners and communicate operational insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using data to evaluate operational performance, prioritize improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
  • A passion for prediction markets, exchange operations, sports trading, or financial markets, with the flexibility to support shift coverage as needed. Experience working in a regulated trading, exchange operations, or market surveillance environment is preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 104,000.00 USD - 130,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
