Opportunity 

The Pricing Coordinator plays a key role in driving growth and profitability by delivering timely, accurate price quotations and product information to customers via email and Salesforce. Acting as a trusted partner to customers, distributors, and the sales organization, this role supports quotation management, provides training and follow-up support, and ensures seamless customer experience. Beyond sales support, the Pricing Coordinator serves as the Voice of the Customer for marketing and operations, helping shape process improvements that influence the broader organization. Responsibilities

  • Interpret customer quote requests and deliver accurate, timely pricing quotations based on provided specifications and requirements

  • Manage product quotations and serve as the primary customer liaison for assigned products, territories, and accounts

  • Provide training and follow-up quote support to customers and distributors on standard products, as needed

  • Prepare and present formal product quotations to customers and internal sales teams

  • Partner with sales and product management to support special quotes and assess product manufacturability based on customer requirements

  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other business communication channels

Qualifications

  • Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); prior experience with an ERP system is preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate customer requirements, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, with a willingness to develop functional knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to enhance customer service levels

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor

Expected salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
