Job Summary:

The Pricing and Sales Analyst transforms pricing, quotation, sales, and customer data into accurate reporting and actionable business insight. The role owns recurring reporting and analytical processes, investigates data and pricing discrepancies, supports price sheet and quote maintenance, and completes ad hoc analyses that help Pricing & Quotation, Sales, Finance, and Operations make informed decisions. Success requires strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities, disciplined validation, sound business judgment, and the initiative to carry work from an unclear question through a complete, decision-ready answer.

**This position is remote in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MI, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare recurring pricing, sales, margin, and quote-maintenance reports.
• Analyze pricing, customer, quote, and sales data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, models, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Investigate pricing and data discrepancies and recommend corrective action.
• Maintain customer price sheets and master pricing files, including quarterly and escalation updates.
• Validate reports and analysis for accuracy before distribution.
• Support strategic quotes, customer pricing requests, and ad hoc analyses.
• Present findings clearly and improve recurring reporting and pricing processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, sales analysis, or business analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-starter who takes ownership, thinks independently, and uses curiosity and resourcefulness to solve problems with limited supervision.
• Accurate, organized, and customer-focused communicator who pays attention to detail and follows through on commitments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI and ERP, CPQ, CRM, quoting, or pricing systems.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue management concepts.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or another business-to-business environment.
