The Role : We're seeking a seasoned Principal Cloud Solutions Architect & Instructor with a deep passion for cloud technologies and a knack for educating others. This role is pivotal in shaping the cloud journey for our clients, from understanding their unique upskilling and lab requirements to designing bespoke solutions and delivering impactful training sessions.
Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Needs Analysis:
- Engage with clients to dissect their cloud upskilling and hands-on lab needs, providing expert advice on cloud architecture and solutions.
Curriculum Design & Instruction:
- Craft detailed curriculum's, course ware and table of contents for cloud training programs.
- Deliver engaging and informative sessions to a variety of audiences, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
Lab Environment Automation:
- Utilize cutting-edge tools and methodologies to design, automate, and manage lab environments that simulate real-world cloud scenarios.
- Master CloudLabs platform and provisioning automation for AWS/Azure/GCP.
Solution Architecture:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions leveraging Azure/AWS/GCP vast offerings, tailored to client specifications.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead a team of engineers and instructors, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative cloud solutions.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and educational methodologies, ensuring Spektra Systems remains a leader in cloud solutions and training.
Presales Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for cost estimations, presales activities and work closely with the sales team to close deals.
Requirements
Desired Expertise
- Comprehensive experience in Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), Identify, AI/Copilot, M365, Data technologies and many more.
- Proficient in Microsoft Infrastructure, Server technologies, Virtualization, Networking, and Linux Server OS.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP essentials, DevOps practices, and an understanding of backup/recovery/disaster recovery strategies.
- Strong capability in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Leadership skills with the ability to work independently and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.
