This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

- Elevate the Onboarding Experience: Partner with business leaders to design and launch programs that help our newest hires hit the ground running from day one.
- Bring Learning to Life: Create engaging presentations, communications, and training materials and lead sessions with students and grads as well as people leaders.
- Build Career Pathways: Create targeted development programs that grow critical skills, support career progression, and future-proof our teams.
- Champion Early-Career Talent: Lead performance management, promotion cycles, and talent reviews specifically tailored for our analyst and graduate cohorts.
- Program Design and Strategy: Design and execute strategies to address core needs of the Emerging Talent population, including talent development and retention, leadership engagement and development.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of client facing experience OR at least 2 years of consulting experience OR a combination
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification or combination
- 3+ years of client facing experience or 3+ years of consulting experience or a combination
