Principal Consultant 

 
The Principal Consultant will lead the strategic vision and execution of the digital transformation project.  
This role requires extensive senior IT leadership experience combined with expertise in strategy consulting, stakeholder  
management, and program delivery to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. 
 
Responsibilities: 
- Define and drive the Digital IT Vision and strategy (North Star) to align with organizational goals. 
- Lead strategic workshops, stakeholder interviews, and comprehensive gap assessments. 
- Develop a robust business capability framework and operating model for future scalability. 
- Provide guidance on ROI analysis, business case development, and transformation roadmaps. 
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and technical workstreams. 
- Address challenges related to IT infrastructure, systems integration, and technology modernization. 
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing recommendations based on industry best practices. 
- Monitor project progress, resolve escalations, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. 
- Mentor and coach junior team members to build consulting capabilities within the team. 
- **Develop and implement operating models that align with strategic goals and ensure efficiency.** 
- **Design organizational structures to support transformation initiatives and align roles with business needs.** 
- **Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication plans, and adoption strategies.** 
 
**Communication Skills:**   
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex strategies and technical concepts clearly.   
- Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders, build consensus, and navigate sensitive conversations.   
- Strong presentation skills to deliver insights effectively to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. 
 
Qualifications: 
- 10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, strategy consulting, or digital transformation. 
- Strong expertise in enterprise strategy, operating models, and business-IT alignment. 
- Deep understanding of IT systems, including ERP platforms, cloud solutions, and e-commerce technologies. 
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with complex stakeholder environments. 
- **Extensive experience in designing operating models, organizational structures, and executing change management initiatives.**

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 80,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 280,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
