Role Overview
The Polyglot Principal Engineer will act as a technical authority, shaping system
architecture and driving engineering excellence across multiple platforms and
languages.
Must-Have Skills
• Deep expertise in building and scaling complex software systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Python and modern software
engineering practices.
• Proven experience architecting distributed, cloud-native applications and
platforms.
• Strong system design skills with the ability to balance scalability, reliability,
maintainability, and speed.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of solving complex technical
challenges.
• Experience leading technical decisions, architecture reviews, and engineering
excellence across teams.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and an interest in applying them to real-world
business problems.
• Ability to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and drive outcomes through
technical leadership.
Good-to-Have
• Experience building AI-powered products, platforms, or intelligent workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, vector search, and modern AI application patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native platform engineering, Kubernetes, DevOps, and
modernization initiatives.
• Experience operating in fast-paced product engineering or consulting
environments.
