About the Role: 

This role interfaces with the client directly and is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform in customer environments. Be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a trusted advisor and power-user of the Dragos platform, ensuring customers get maximum value for their ICS/OT security operations 
  • Partner with client teams to design network architecture, plan sensor placement and support deployment strategies 
  • Lead deployments both onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless setup and integration 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing break/fix support and working closely with engineering teams when escalation is needed 
  • Manage upgrades, patches and configuration changes to keep systems running at peak performance 
  • Collaborate with Dragos Intelligence and Services teams on investigations and special projects 
  • Create clear, concise technical documentation to support customers and internal teams 

Qualifications: 

  •  4+ years of experience in industrial engineering (e.g., controls engineer) or InfoSec (ideally with ICS/OT cybersecurity exposure) 
  • Must have an active Secret security clearance (or higher).
  • Deep knowledge of networking: IP networks, OSI model, Purdue mode and ICS protocols 
  • Strong Linux skills (command line), with experience in CENTOS, scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) and SIEMs 
  • Experience with both on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions 
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch 
  • Excitement for tackling complex technical problems (sometimes while wearing a hard hat in the field) 
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
