The Role
Are you passionate about making a difference by utilizing your deep understanding of Investment Products, bridging the gap between product innovation and client needs? Join our dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to business enablement and improvements. You would work within our Fidelity Institutional Wealth Advisers (FIWA) Research Squad, which supports the engine behind Fidelity’s institutional portfolio strategies, combining deep research with practical tools to support our customers in delivering optimized investment solutions
 

We are seeking a Principal Product Analyst who will leverage their expertise in Business Analysis and Product Management to drive high-impact technical solutions that empower financial professionals and enhance client outcomes. 

There are three primary principles of being a great Product Delivery Associate: 

•    Strategy: Understanding the problem or the why and aligning it to the mission

•    Execution: This is where and how the work gets done

•    Business Readiness: How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
•    Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in business or a relevant technology leadership field is advantageous
•    5+ years of experience in a team, specializing in delivering technical solutions throughout the full lifecycle of software development
•    5+ years of experience in the wealth and asset management industry
•    Demonstrated expertise in facilitating requirements gathering by skillfully conducting journey and story mapping exercises, while precisely defining acceptance criteria
•    Exceptional analytical skills and technical understanding and use of APIs, relational databases, complex integrations, and DevOps.
•    Proven success in managing large-scale projects within a complex ecosystem, with the ability to develop a deep understanding of the domain
