Who We Are Looking For

As the Principal Product Manager - Analytics & Practice Intelligence for WebPT, you will own how our members see, understand, and act on their clinical and financial data. We are looking for a unique leader who pairs deep technical expertise in enterprise analytics and AI-native platforms with a sophisticated understanding of clinical business operations. You understand the patient journey and the operational levers—such as revenue drivers, provider incentives, and treatment metrics—that power a successful practice. You will define the end-to-end product strategy, transforming static dashboards into actionable intelligence surfaces that empower clinicians, operators, and revenue cycle teams alike.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

  • Data & Insights Strategy: Take full ownership of the data strategy to ensure we deliver the insights needed for member success. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex data sets and actionable business intelligence, solving the most critical visibility pain points for our members.

  • Service Offering & Packaging: Define the commercial and product strategy for our analytics portfolio. This includes determining the requirements for "basic" foundational reporting versus "premium" upsell offerings that provide deeper competitive advantages for our members.

  • Workflow & Data SME: Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert on clinical and operational workflows. You will translate the realities of running a clinic—front office management, claims processing, and patient care tracking—into clear product requirements and data models.

  • Practice Performance & Profitability: Develop and own features that help clinic owners drive profit. You will define how we measure and display provider performance, goal attainment, and incentive programs to drive operational excellence.

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the "voice of the customer" in close collaboration with Engineering and Design. While you are the expert on the business and user needs, you will partner with technical leads to ensure our architecture effectively supports our clinical and operational goals.

  • Member Success Alignment: Ensure the analytics roadmap is relentlessly focused on member retention and growth. You will identify the specific data points and insights that enable our members to prove their value to payers and optimize their business health.

What You Should Have to Qualify

  • Product Leadership: 7+ years in a product management role, with a proven track record of owning the strategy and roadmap for data-driven or analytics products.

  • Clinical & Business Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in the business operations of an outpatient clinic or healthcare setting. You must understand the "care-to-cash" journey and the metrics that drive practice health.

  • Data SME: You aren't just a user of data; you understand how it is structured and how to define requirements for a semantic layer that makes data intuitive for non-technical users.

  • Strategic Commercial Mindset: Experience defining product tiers, service offerings, and value propositions for B2B SaaS products.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions without losing sight of the user experience.

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • Direct experience migrating enterprise analytics customers off legacy BI platforms (Logi, SSRS, Crystal Reports) to modern cloud-native or conversational analytics experiences.
  • Familiarity with HL7 FHIR data models and how clinical data (Observations, Encounters, DiagnosticReports) maps to analytical use cases.
  • Direct experience in practice administration, clinical management, or healthcare consulting.

  • Experience with healthcare-specific data standards (HL7, FHIR) and their application in business intelligence.

  • Background in revenue cycle management (RCM) or financial performance analytics within the healthcare space.

Culture is at our Core

  • Service: Create Raving Fans
  • Accountability: F Up; Own Up
  • Attitude: Possess True Grit
  • Personality: Be Minty
  • Work Ethic: Be Rock Solid
  • Community Outreach: Give Back
  • Health and Wellness: Live Better
  • Resource Efficiency: Do Más With Menos
