Working at Atlassian
Atlassian's mission, "to unleash the potential of every team," is the guiding light behind our work. We have developed well-known products such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello that fit into the fabric of teamwork across different types of teams and the processes to help every team succeed.
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually as part of being a distributed-first company.

Simultaneously, you will transform Atlassian into a cloud-first business, accelerating company growth.
What you'll do

  • Represent enterprise customer migration requirements. Connect with customers to identify new opportunities for Atlassian to streamline Enterprise Cloud transitions.
  • Partner with cross-functional Jira and Confluence teams to define the roadmap for critical migration product transformations.
  • Work directly with design, engineering, and other functions to ship products with a customer focus.
  • Partner with our GTM teams to enable them to unlock migrations for our customers and partner network.
  • Make a large impact across our product family and influence millions of users and thousands of customers for decades to come.
  • Mentor other product managers, contribute to the growth of the product management craft, and represent Atlassian as a thought leader in Cloud Transition.

Your background
  • 8+ years of product experience with Enterprise Software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer value.
  • Translate abstract challenges into strategy and a cohesive plan. This empowers teams to solve problems for users and Atlassian.
  • Influence stakeholders across organisations to align investments with top migration goals.
  • Experience with large enterprise cloud deployment or migration.
  • Partner with engineering on the roadmap you define.
  • Tell a compelling story to inspire any audience.
