What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a Principal PM Ecosystem to join the Digital Assets team at Circle. The team is responsible for the Issuance, Distribution & Custody of the assets that Circle issues (including USDC, EURC & USYC). The team drives the strategy for the assets that Circle should issue, partner with and support on its platform as we drive the onchain economy and our vision as a global financial platform company.
As a Principal Product Manager, Digital Assets, you will lead the new product initiatives that drive distribution, adoption and growth of our issued & partner assets through the web3 ecosystem. This includes collaborating with ecosystem developers, identifying emerging use cases, and shaping the product roadmap. You'll bring together market insights, data analysis, and cross-functional alignment to drive the adoption and growth of Circle's suite of digital assets. Your work will help extend the reach of Circle's assets, infrastructure and grow our ecosystem.
What you'll work on:
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities where Circle can accelerate usage and adoption of Circle's suite of digital assets (this role involves a high level of external collaboration )
  • Translate ecosystem insights into actionable product initiatives. Define & own the product vision, and roadmap to take these products from 0 to 1.
  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging use cases, trends, and high-potential digital assets.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging developments in the onchain asset issuance ecosystem (i.e. new assets coming onchain, new use cases for assets)
  • Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, legal, data science, marketing, and business to ship new products to market

What you'll bring to Circle:
Lead Product Manager
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning strategy for complex, commercial products.
  • 2+ years building in crypto, with a strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
  • 2+ years of experience working in financial markets
  • Deep familiarity with stablecoin use cases, including DeFi, wallets, bridges, and consumer crypto products. Active engagement with the crypto ecosystem.
  • Strong technical fluency, ideally with a background in computer science or engineering.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable digging into data.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.

Principal Product Manager
  • All the requirements of a Lead Product Manager and:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning strategy for complex, commercial products.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other product managers.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000
