As the Principal Product Manager for Threat Intelligence & Threat Hunting at TENEX, you will be a visionary product leader responsible for defining and building the next generation of our proactive defense capabilities. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Threat Intel and Hunting offerings, transforming complex security data into actionable insights and autonomous defense strategies. This is a high-impact role requiring a rare combination of deep cybersecurity domain expertise and a proven track record of taking zero-to-one products to market in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • 0-1 Product Leadership: Own the entire lifecycle of our Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting products from initial concept and discovery through to launch and scaling.

  • Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for Threat Intel/Hunting that aligns with TENEX's AI-native mission and maintains our competitive advantage against evolving adversaries.

  • Domain Expert Integration: Partner with our Detection Engineering and Security Research teams to translate frontier threat research into automated hunting playbooks and real-time intelligence feeds.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide engineering, design, and GTM teams through the complexities of building AI-driven security products, ensuring technical investments translate directly to measurable customer security outcomes.

  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct deep discovery with security practitioners and CISOs to identify unmet needs in the threat intelligence landscape and build products that solve for alert fatigue and signal-to-noise challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-1 Experience: Demonstrated success in taking at least one complex cybersecurity product from initial idea to successful market adoption (0 to 1).

  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Threat Intelligence (TIP, feeds, attribution) and Threat Hunting methodologies (MITRE ATT&CK, hypothesis-based hunting).

  • Product Leadership: 8+ years of experience in Product Management within the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space, with a bias for technical products and high-growth environments.

  • AI/ML Fluency: Strong understanding of how LLMs and graph-based reasoning can be leveraged to automate security analyst workflows and threat detection.

  • Communication: Ability to articulate a clear product vision and complex technical concepts to both executive stakeholders and technical individual contributors.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.

  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., GCTI, GCFA, CISSP) or product management credentials are a significant plus.
