Nowhere is this mission more critical than in Field Service Management (FSM)—where operational excellence depends on empowering distributed teams to deliver consistent, efficient, and safe service in the field.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for key FSM initiatives. Reporting to the VP, Product Management, this individual will serve as a thought leader and domain expert, shaping our FSM product portfolio and driving adoption in the market.

The Principal PM will focus on creating scalable, differentiated FSM solutions that unify scheduling, dispatching, asset management, compliance, and mobile-first workflows—empowering field teams, managers, and customers alike.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Operational Insight: Partner with analytics and data teams to provide managers with real-time dashboards, KPIs, and alerts to optimize performance and ensure compliance.

  • Act as a Domain Thought Leader: Maintain deep expertise in FSM industry trends, technologies, and best practices, representing Quickbase with customers, partners, and analysts.

  • Collaborate Across the Organization: Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, and Customer Success to ensure FSM capabilities are designed, built, and delivered at scale with measurable business outcomes.

  • Support Market Adoption: Partner with GTM, sales, and marketing teams to position FSM solutions effectively, support enablement, and contribute to customer success and revenue growth.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product management

  • Deep domain expertise in Field Service Management and related operational technologies.

  • Proven success in bringing mobile-first, mission-critical solutions to market.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational needs into simple, empowering user experiences.

  • Track record of building and scaling industry-specific solutions with measurable business impact.

  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, packaging, and positioning.

  • Exceptional collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment across executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Recognized as a thought leader and trusted advisor—internally and externally—on FSM product strategy and market direction.
