We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager who thrives on solving complex product problems and turning them into measurable user outcomes. This role will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to identify high-impact opportunities, shape product strategy, and build solutions that improve core KPIs. This is a product discovery, behavioral thinking, and outcomes-driven role. Ideal for someone who blends sharp product instincts with a rigorous, data-informed approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and solve high-impact product problems that influence core business metrics and marketplace performance
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured problem statements, product opportunities, hypotheses and experiments
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery through customer research, behavioral insights and data analysis
  • Design product experiences using product and UX judgment that guide user behavior and improve activation, retention, and conversion
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Define success metrics and measure the impact of product initiatives
  • Run experiments and iterate quickly based on user feedback and performance data
  • Continuously elevate our product thinking by introducing strong discovery practices and product frameworks
Key Competencies
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear solutions
  • Experience improving activation, retention or conversion in user facing products
  • Experience in a two-sided marketplace strongly preferred 
  • Comfort using product analytics and experimentation to guide product decisions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Superb communication both verbal and written
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
