We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, you’ll receive 22 days paid time off, plus 11 company paid holidays. Also, medical, dental & vision insurance, 5% 401(k) company match, plus a range of other benefits that you can choose from.

About you:

You want to own a product end to end and see your work make a real difference for customers. You’re comfortable setting direction, getting into the detail, and working closely with engineers to ship meaningful improvements. You like talking to customers, making clear decisions, and taking responsibility for outcomes. At Access, you’ll have the space to lead, build, and learn — with support from people who care about doing the right thing and getting better together.

Day to day you will:

  • Own the product direction for your value streams, using customer insight to decide what to build, why it matters, and when it should ship.

  • Work closely with a small engineering team, owning the product backlog and priorities and making sure everyone understands the problem being solved.

  • Spend regular time with customers and internal teams, turning insight into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to launch new capabilities, support sales and customer success, and improve the product after release.

Your skills and experiences include:

  • You have 6+ years of product management experience and have owned a product end-to-end — from strategy and discovery through build and go-to-market.

  • You are fluent in Agile and Scrum — and know how to keep a lean, high-velocity team focused on the right priorities.

  • You have taken software products to market and worked shoulder-to-shoulder with GTM and commercial teams on positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.

  • You communicate with clarity and conviction — equally comfortable in a customer discovery call, an engineering stand-up, or a board-level product review.

  • You actively use AI tools (especially Claude) to multiply your own and your team’s effectiveness across discovery, writing, analysis, and delivery.

Salary range: $150k-$170k
