This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

- Strategic Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams, product managers, and business leaders to drive continuous process improvements and elevate risk maturity.
- Control Mechanism Design: Design and implement robust control mechanisms and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to proactively detect and neutralize operational vulnerabilities.
- Audit & Assessment Leadership: Lead rigorous risk assessments and audit remediation efforts, ensuring flawless alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced data analysis to uncover underlying trends, thoroughly analyze risk events, and deliver actionable, strategic insights to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Data Analytics
- At least 4 years of experience in Data Analysis, including translating complex data into strategic risk insights
- At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Legal within the financial services industry
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Data Analytics
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using data technical stacks (such as Python, R, Spark, or SQL) to automate risk reporting or analyze large datasets
- Professional certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean, or Six Sigma
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change
- At least 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Legal within the financial services industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project or Process Management
