At Danti, we're on a mission to transform how people interact with the vast amounts of data being generated about our physical world. From satellites and drones to 3D scanners and advanced analytics, sensing technologies are creating unprecedented levels of information. Yet, much of this data remains out of reach for non-experts, trapped behind complex and fragmented systems. We’re building an AI-powered knowledge engine designed to make this data accessible and usable for everyone.

Our mission is to enable anyone, regardless of expertise, to search and understand their world of data instantly. The tools and technologies have matured, and now is the time to bring this capability to the broader market. If you're passionate about innovation and want to be part of shaping the future of how we understand and interact with the physical world, we’d love to have you on our team.

Our Mission

To enable anyone, of any skill level, to be able to understand the vast amounts of data being generated across our planet every day.

Role Summary

We are seeking a senior, customer-facing technical leader to operate at the intersection of geospatial intelligence, AI-driven data fusion, and real-world national security missions. This role bridges product, engineering, and go-to-market execution, owning technical solutions for priority customers and ensuring rapid translation of mission needs into deployable capabilities.

By working directly with end users and decision-makers, this individual will provide continuous feedback into product strategy and help ensure that capabilities align with mission priorities, operational constraints, and deployment realities across classified and unclassified environments.

Initiate accounts, proper user configurations, and deployments for those customers. Assist in coordinating and running pilot programs with new customers, training users, answering support questions and making any software tweaks needed.
  • Rapidly Deploy New Capabilities Needed for Demos and Pilots: Working with Product, Sales and Engineering, rapidly take things not in formal sprints but are needed to support demos and pilots where rapid changes in the product are required.
  • Support Customer Meetings and Pitches: Support sales efforts in customer meetings, preparing workflows to walkthrough, ensuring key data and analysis are loaded and able to walk through.

What we are looking for

  • You are collaborative with a go-getter mindset, and self directing behaviors for the benefit of the team, the customer, and the company culture
  • You have high integrity - you seek open and honest communication, and you hold yourself to high moral and ethical standards
  • Experience with startups and early stage software products
  • Experience as a prior government intelligence analysis
  • Strong technical skills with data integrations, cloud software deployments, and some full stack software development experience
  • Strong communicator able to work with analysts to senior executives
  • Nice to have: Top Secret security clearance

What you get

  • Competitive compensation, including company equity to ensure you can share in the success of your work
  • Full health benefits
  • A 401k Vehicle
  • Opportunity to change how individuals, businesses, and governments interact with data across our planet
  • Fun, collaborative work environment that is hybrid (90% remote / 10% onsite through team meetups)
  • Fast-paced startup environment
  • Lots of personal responsibility, opportunities for growth and learning

This very exciting opportunity to join a new company at the early stage that will reward you with a ton of experience, positive collaborative team oriented culture, and significant equity stake in the company. If you value learning, developing products that have real impact on our world, and working with a positive collaborative time along the way then this is the place for you!
